Eng. Hamdy Abdel Aleem Shehata is an international arbitration expert with over 45 years of experience in construction, contracts, claims, and dispute resolution. He has served as an expert, arbitrator, and mediator in complex regional and international cases. Holding engineering and law degrees, he is affiliated with prominent arbitration institutions including CRCICA and the GCC Arbitration Center. As Chairman of TICO and a senior advisor to Arab Contractors, he also lectures widely on project management, contracts, and arbitration across the Middle East.
