Dr. Waly is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), London and acted as Arbitrator, Mediator, Adjudicator, Expert or Counsel in several ad-hoc and institutional Disputes under the rules of ICC, Paris, CRCICA, Cairo, and DIFC/LCIA, Dubai.
