President of the Real Estate Appraisers Association

Dr.-Eng. Ahmed Ragai Hassan Anis is President of the Real Estate Appraisers Association and Chairman of Mega-Delta Appraisal Co. With a PhD in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Finance, he has over 30 years of experience in structural engineering, construction management, and property valuation. He founded Cairo University’s Real Estate Appraisal Center and has served on national and international valuation boards. Dr. Anis has led key projects on valuation standards and trained with Fannie Mae on mortgage finance and securitization.
