Former Vice President of the State Council

Consultant Mohamed Zaki Moussa is a distinguished legal expert and former Vice President of the State Council. He served as Secretary-General, Head of the Technical Office, and held leadership roles in key departments. He contributed to judicial reform committees and held numerous legal advisory roles across ministries, banks, and national organizations. He also taught law at Zagazig University and the Police Academy. His extensive career includes participation in legislative reviews, asset evaluations, and national committees on elections, tourism, and crisis management.
