Former Chairman of the Financial Regulatory Authority

Mr. Sherif S. Samy is a seasoned financial markets and investment advisor, currently Chairman of National Asset Management & Investment SAE and the Investment Advisory Board of the Arab Agricultural Investment & Development Authority. He serves on several boards, including the National Investment Bank and Universal Health Insurance Authority. Formerly Chairman of CIB Egypt and the Egyptian Financial Regulatory Authority, he also held roles at the Central Bank of Egypt and GAFI. He began his career with Accenture in Chicago, Riyadh, and Beirut.
